I'm using an older system, Windows XP 32-Bit for the streams and so far, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the newest version of VLC: vlc-2.2.4-win32.exe. After I reinstalled VLC, I added it to my firewall to make sure it was unblocked. I downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled livestreamer-v1.12.2-win32-setup.exe and I didn't change any options in the edit file.
