Microsoft Outlook For Mac How Can I Change View Rating: 9,6/10 4685 reviews

Office 2016 Preview has an additional color theme to select from versus Office 2013, and they are different than Office 2010 and lower. Here’s a look at what they are, and how to change them.

Hi Dave, What I mean is we cannot change the default font size for the subjects of the emails when or message view in the Outlook 2016 for mac client. If you want to change the font size for that, please submit feedback about this feature via voting the link in my last post. Thanks for your understanding. If I have misunderstood anything, please tell us your detailed requirements with relevant screenshots for which font size you want to change and we will do further analysis for you. Thanks, Robert. Thanks, Robert Hi Robert, You are talking in circles. Please go back and read my question and answer the question. Regards, --Dave. Hi Dave, Thanks for the updates.

Sorry to confuse you. Actually, I have answered your questions.

By saying “not feasible”, I mean we cannot change the default font size for the subjects of the emails when or message view in the Outlook 2016 for mac client. The feature is not designed by our product team. By saying “Does it mean that OS X is incapable of having different size fonts for different windows?”, if you mean another feature in the Outlook for Mac client different from what I mentioned above, please tell us your detailed requirements with relevant screenshots.

Thanks, Robert Hi Robert, Sorry, but you have not answered my question directly Robert. It is black and white Robert. “Does it mean that OS X is incapable of having different size fonts for different windows?” Is your answer, 'Dave, Microsoft's API's allow for different fonts in different windows, whereas Apple's API's do not have this capability', OK, then that is a direct answer. But, when you ask me to request that feature then you are NOT saying that Apple has a limitation here, but rather MSFT has decided NOT to implement this feature for their Mac version that they do have their PC version. Above is an example of answering the question directly.

Thanks, --Dave. Hi Dave, I moved your question to the Outlook 2016 for Mac forum. Here it's user-to-user for the most part, although as you see Microsoft employees already have attempted to answer your questions. Microsoft employees have a problem saying, 'you can't.' When it comes to adjusting the font size, the feature simply is not part of the product because they chose to not include the feature.

Yes, they would like you to vote for the feature as a way of trying to placate you, but the cold reality is that the feature you want simply doesn't exist and probably never will exist even if hundreds vote for it. ' MSFT has decided NOT to implement this feature for their Mac version that they do have their PC version.' That is a completely accurate statement. As I am sure you probably know, you can do pretty much anything you want in software if you throw enough time and money at it.

Microsoft is trying to tell you they will not be spending resources on this request with their rather obtuse expressions. I am an unpaid volunteer and do not work for Microsoft. 'Independent Advisors' work for contractors hired by Microsoft. 'Microsoft Agents' work for Microsoft Support. Hi Dave, I moved your question to the Outlook 2016 for Mac forum.
