Hello, The pen issue that we were seeing (missing pen strokes and skipping) was primarily an issue with ActivInspire. This was resolved in version 2.9.66. If you are seeing an issue with pen response, please let us know the version of Mac OS (10.12.1, 10.12.2, etc) and ActivInspire that you are using. Also include the model of board and firmware version on that board. Does this issue occur with other programs outside of ActivInspire, such as a paint program or ClassFlow Desktop? Hi, Thanks for posting on the Support Community. With regard to the issue raised, please can you provide the model numbers for the ActivBoards that you are referencing along with the firmware version on each of the ActivBoards?
The TP guides that you have referenced are for the ActivBoard Touch. There should be nothing that causes the Mac to hang specifically when you are connecting to the ActivBoard. Are you connecting using a single USB lead to the ActivBoard or does this USB connect into any wallboxes or connectivity panels? If you connect a short 3m or less USB cable, does this work? Hi, The ActivInspire activation key starts with 0015 or 0016, if you have this to hand you do not need to generate a new ActivInspire activation key.
The details you may be entering may be incorrect. Hockey games for mac. Your model number will be, ACTIVBOARDTOUCH78 (or 88' depending on size and possibly followed by a D depending if this is a dry erase board).

If you open another painting application, possibly if you have an account on www.ClassFlow.com, do you get 2 touch points recognised? Please ensure that there is nothing placed around the frame of your ActivBoard such as pieces of paper or any sticky notes that could be recognised as a touch input from the IR sensor. Hi, Thank you for posting on the Support Community. Please note that this won't be an ActivInspire fault as ActivInspire doesn't control the calibration. The ActivDriver however, is what manages the Calibration on the Promethean hardware, this itself does not support extended desktop calibration and this could be one of the reasons why you are experiencing issues. As a possible work around, you could try to move your screen displays so that the primary screen is what is displayed on the ActivBoard/ActivPanel and then on your Mac, this to be the secondary screen.
