It doesn't matter if my Komplete Audio 6 is the only connected device, the results are the same - distorted sound after a few minutes. Changing sample in midi-settings only reset the phenomena. There are no known settings in OS X to handle latency on USB ports and these distorted effects occur even after a fresh shut down and the power save/nap doesn't make anything better or worse.

I'm curious how the tech support can call this device to have full compatiblity with Mavericks. As an example, I can't run Spotify for more than a few minutes on my iMac 2013 (27', i7, 32GB RAM, 3TB Fusiondrive) before the sounds starts getting distorted.

Hi I am based in Japan, region 2, but frequently travel around and have lots of dvds from overseas, especially Canada, which is region 1. Same problem as everyone, my limit in changing regions comes to an end and I am a bit panicking.

VLC, which is recommended by everyone, won't read dvds from other regions than the one set on my MAC. I do not want to flash my device and risk harming the system. Is there a way to go around this? Thanks a lot in advance! If Apple could stop doing this region thing, that would be wonderful. Thanks guys to reply so kindly and so quickly. I had been through all those links and articles before and that's exactly why I came to this forum.

I really feel this is a dead end. I know too much about the dvd industry's supposed to be against pirating reasons region sections. And I understand it's the hardware makers that do so as well. However, isn't there any ways to make VLC work (or other software, even though not free?) I am quite desperate here!!! Amazon fire tv app. Do you recommend the risk of flashing? I heard it doesn't work with the Matshita.
